IS THE CREDIT CARD SERVICE SECURE?

Yes. Your online payments are taken securely using the U.K's leading secure payment gateway Streamline and your credit card details are not stored by OPIKA.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

HOW CAN I CHECK ON AN ORDER I PLACED WITH OPIKA?

To check the status of an order please click on the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email: it contains your order reference number that you may need at a later date.

I HAVE GOODS DELIVERED TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS NOT THE CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes. When entering your personal details you will be given an opportunity to enter any number of different delivery addresses. All the different delivery addresses can be stored in your personal account details for future use.

HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER IT WILL FIT?

OPIKA provides measurements in imperial (inches) and metric (centimetres). When a measurement for a belt is given this refers to the measurement when the belt is fastened on the middle hole. However, we have also provided a Size & Fit chart that can be used as a guideline for international sizing. Often a simple idea is to measure another belt that fits you as you wish to wear your OPIKA belt – remembering that the measurement should be to the middle hole when the belt is fastened.
Should you be unhappy with the fit for a particular purchase you can return the item, or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under returns.

HOW DO THE INTERCHANGEABLE BUCKLES WORK?

The buckles in the Waist Jewellery Collection are all interchangeable and will work on any OPIKA belt of the same width in the Waist Jewellery Collection. Similarly, the belts in the Waist Jewellery Collection will work with any buckle of the same bar measurement from the Waist Jewellery Collection. The buckle just slides onto the belt and the pin on the back of the buckle slots into a hole in the belt.

I HAVEN’T PURCHASED BELTS / JEWELLERY ON-LINE BEFORE; HOW CAN I BE SURE I WILL BE HAPPY WITH MY DECISION?

We strive to accurately represent our pieces through high quality photographs, product descriptions and measurements. Our past experience has been that our products have exceeded our customer’s expectations.

ARE ITEMS PICTURED ON-LINE THE ACTUAL SIZE?

It is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet because computer monitors vary. We do, however, endeavour to show you the correct size together with the details and specifications.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THE ITEMS I BUY FROM OPIKA?

Our silver buckles come with a silver polishing cloth and instructions on how to care for each piece.
To clean a leather belt, wipe over lightly with a damp sponge and allow to dry naturally. Do not use shoe polish or any other kind of polish as this may rub off onto your clothes or skin.
If the nubuck lining inside the belt is marked it is possible to use an emery board and gently rub the mark until it is removed.
