London Fashion Week was awash with soft sorbet shades and nude tones in luxe fabrics for S/S10. There was a feeling of renewed femininity replacing the references to the 1980s that have been omnipresent over the past couple of seasons.

Deceptively simple shapes in satins, chiffons and gauzy fabrics were draped, twisted, wrapped and knotted into looks with a slightly futuristic, ultra feminine feel. Make sure you add a good quality leather belt in neutral shade to ensure the look doesn’t become too girly.
